Client Web Site Redesign

Overview

WellnessPay was a new player entering the healthcare payments space—and they had no brand, no site, and no clear way to communicate what they actually offered. The challenge was to build everything from scratch: a name, a look, and a way to explain a technical product in a way that didn’t feel cold or corporate.

The Challenge

WellnessPay was a new player entering the healthcare payments space—and they had no brand, no site, and no clear way to communicate what they actually offered. The challenge was to build everything from scratch: a name, a look, and a way to explain a technical product in a way that didn’t feel cold or corporate.

The Goal

Build a full visual identity and web presence that made WellnessPay feel clear, credible, and human. The goal was to balance trust and accessibility—designing a brand that could work across B2B sales, investor decks, and actual users navigating the site for the first time.
