Wedding Page Design Project
The Aim for this project is to create a digitalized process as an alternative to the conventional way of calling/emailing to order a wedding favour or chocolate bar for a wedding.
The project is conducted by
1) Defining the pain points and potentials for improvement for the ordering process
2) Conducting a research on varies perspective, user feedbacks, complains..etc
3) Creating user persona and storyboarding according to the findings of step 2
4) Creating wireframe and prototypes
Current Method
The current ways of ordering a custom wedding favour/bar is to contact Daniel Chocolates team by either calling the office (During opening hours), emailing or submitting a webform and wait for an email.
One of the bigger opportunities we have discovered during the research is that the customer won’t be able to see a example of product right away
The customer needs to first contact Daniel Chocolates team and wait for an reply
The customer then tells the Daniel Team about what they want
Daniel Team receive the request and make up a sample, take picture and send to client
